Winter Wellness Workshop

As the weather keeps getting colder, how do we care for ourselves and our families?

What does your herbal medicine chest look like right now?  Come let’s make some herbal goodies that will become your go to favorites each year.

Together we’ll make Elderberry Syrup. I’ll show you how to prepare your own Elderberry syrup for immune support that not only tastes delicious but works!!

We’ll prepare an herbal tea blend for respiratory support, just in case the cold or flu sneaks up on you and  we’ll finish up with an herb infused honey that you can use on its own or to sweeten your favorite teas.

If for whatever reason a class is cancelled by us or has a date change that doesn’t fit in your schedule we will offer to transfer funds to another workshop or issue a refund then.
