Organic Herbs Used: Cramp- bark, Black Haw, Nettle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Motherwort, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Grape Spirits.
Use: Shake well before using. Use 30-60 drops or 1/2 dropper full 3 times daily, for 1 week prior to your cycle starting. during cycle use 1 dropper full every 30 mins until pain subsides, and then every2 hours for the duration of cycle.

Tinctures are concentrated herbal formulas made by soaking herbs (dried or fresh), in alcohol. The alcohol pulls out the active botanical constituents of the plants leaving behind a concentrated liquid, which is then taken in small doses(drops). If someone is avoiding alcohol completely then you should refrain from using tinctures altogether unless it's made with glycerine instead.
