Herbs Used (Organic/Wild Crafted)

Watercress

*Red Clover

Violet leaf & Flowers

Nettle

Chaparral

Calendula

Burdock

Dandelion

*estrogenic and not to be used with estrogen based cancers

Directions: 1 Tablespoon to 1 cup of boiled water. Let herbs steep for 15-30 minutes or overnight (Recommended), Strain. Drink 1 cup 2-3 times daily.

Drink HOT or COLD.
