The Cooling Tea Clears the Body of Heat and helps to prevent your body from experiencing some of the negative effects or healing crisis that comes with Cleansing and Detoxing. For example Flu like Symptoms, Headaches, Boils, Hives, Acne, Rashes, Lightheadedness, Nausea, Mood Swings, Lack of Energy...

Directions: Boil 1 gallon of water add 1/2 portion of cooling tea to pouch provided then place in Pot of hot water, cover and let steep over night. Remove pouch, pour cooling tea into a container and place in refrigerator. Discard used herbs, wash pouch and re-use with the remaining herbs. Finish drinking the first gallon of cooling tea within 2-3 days of making it and follow the same instructions for the second portion of tea. Any tea left after the 3rd day should be thrown out. Drink the Cooling tea for 5-6 days prior to starting The CLEANER Detox or incorporate and drink the 2nd portion of tea along with the cleanse.

I truly don’t think I have enough space to express how and what this detox has done for me!
FIRST AND FOREMOST, falling in love to the attention to true love, care & detail to how your products are being packed is one of the greatest things to look forward to whenever you’re opening up your new arrival. Please re read that part once again.
THE PROCESS:
IN MY HUMBLE OPINION; it is best before purchasing such a vital blessing to cleanse & truly to be able to nurture your body with such healing properties, YOU MUST HAVE DISCIPLINE/PREPARE YOUR BODY AHEAD OF TIME! I would cut off my sugar/meat/fatty foods/oils/dairy intake to allow my body to get the full detox experience the most I could! I stopped doing most of these things years ago but like any human, you crave a little sugar here & there, which is fine to do as we are human, try to enjoy mother natures sweets instead of choosing items that cannot fully help the body or to be able to assist the cleanse itself.
THE TEA: It was truly no issue for me, I dislike all caffeine and I prefer to drink any kind of tea plain & simple, (ik it sounds like I’m 80 but I’m in my young 20’s lol) so I didn’t feel any crazy taste with the tea but overall, if you’re just starting out to drink tea in general, explore different flavors to be able to see how this tea tastes for you!
THE CLEANSING: When I tell you I saw my body react to the tea but especially the cleanser!!!! Girl!!!!!
I am currently on my second batch and it feels like my insides are personally hugging and thanking me for finally doing a deep clean which is what everyone needs (maybe tmi but really when was the last time ya did a deep cleanse for your body before getting sick!)
My face, stomach, skin and overall MOOD got better! There was some days I didn’t fully feel my best because I felt dependent on sugar but once I set myself on this detox to help my body, it also gave me more reason to have discipline when I felt like giving up because this was something I was doing for me! Ofc I was human and sometimes would give into a small nibble of something sweet (uWu) but I cannot express how much love and appreciation that I have for the family to be able to share this healing potion with us is a true blessing within itself! This was a rebirth to a new me! You can start whenever you’re ready but you can definitely make it to the finish line! Cause baby, that cleanser is bitter but I drink it out of a shot cup because A) You should romantisize in any shape or form and the most important one to me B) IF YOU CAN DRINK VODKA OR ANYTHING ALCOHOL, THEN YOU CAN DEFINITELY DRINK THE DETOX TO BETTER YOUR HEALTH!
