Cooling Tea is the foundational first step in our herbal sequence, designed to be enjoyed prior to starting The Cleaner routine. This great-tasting blend brings the time-tested tradition of cooling, restorative herbs to your cup helping to nourish the body, ease your transition, and maintain daily comfort and vitality while preparing for your Cleaner Herbal Bitters
Directions
- Boil 1 gallon of water.
- Add 1/2 portion of the Cooling Tea blend to the provided herb pouch.
- Place the pouch into the pot of hot water, cover with a lid, and let it steep overnight.
- Remove the pouch, pour the strained tea into a storage container, and place it in the refrigerator.
- Discard the used herbs, wash the reusable pouch, and save it to use with the remaining portion of tea.
Consumption Schedule: Finish drinking the first gallon of Cooling Tea within 2–3 days of brewing. (Any tea remaining after the 3rd day should be discarded). Follow the exact same instructions to brew the second portion. Drink the Cooling Tea for 5–6 days prior to starting The Cleaner routine, or incorporate and drink the second gallon alongside your schedule.
