Use -  Shake Well before using. Use 30-60 drops or 1/2 dropperful 3 times daily, For optimal seasonal prep, begin taking Easy Street 2 to 3 weeks before seasonal changes occur, or take as needed when environmental factors are high in a small amount of of water or juice.

Tinctures are concentrated herbal formulas made by soaking herbs (dried or fresh), in alcohol. The alcohol pulls out the active botanical constituents of the plants leaving behind a concentrated liquid, which is then taken in small doses(drops). If someone is avoiding alcohol completely then you should refrain from using tinctures altogether unless it's made with glycerin instead.
