Herbs Used (Organic/Wild Crafted) Watercress, Violet leaf & Flowers, Red clover leaves & flowers, Nettle, Chaparral, Calendula, Burdock, Dandelion.

Directions: 1 Tablespoon to 1 cup of boiled water. Let herbs steep for 15-30 minutes or overnight (Recommended), Strain. Drink 1 cup 2-3 times daily.

Drink HOT or COLD.
